With four sentences published on 13 June 2025, the Council of State confirmed the Sentences of the TAR Lazio, annulling the PAS denials opposed by the Municipality of Cervaro together with the resolution of the Municipal Council n. 55 of 2021 which had regulated the areas suitable for installing said plants.

GE Vernova (NYSE: GEV) and Lizard Renewables SpA announced the creation of Alva Power, a 50/50 joint venture that will develop more than 1 GW of renewable energy projects in Italy. This project supports the country's electrification and decarbonization goals. Italy aims to reach 30% renewable energy in total consumption and 55% in electricity generation by 2030, in response to increasing energy demand.

Bf, the biomethane plant in Ogliastro Cilento (SA), designed by Lizard and capable of producing up to 500 smc/h of biomethane and quality organic fertilizer, resulting from the transformation of livestock waste from the most important and well-known buffalo farms in the national territory, has been included by GSE in the ranking of plants that participated in the first competitive procedure envisaged in the PNRR measure "Development of biomethane, according to the criteria for the promotion of the circular economy".

Lizard Gulf LLC is born with the aim of raising the necessary finance to realize the many initiatives of the Italian and European portfolio of the group. The headquarters of Lizard Gulf LLC will be in Doha, exactly on the 14th floor of the prestigious Al Jazeera Tower. Here Lizard will carry out the development program of 5 bln of investments for the realization of about 5 GW in 10 years. The projects will involve countries such as Italy, Morocco and Croatia.
